Who are Mobile Career Navigators?

Mobile career navigators bring resources and services from the Baltimore Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) to neighborhoods where access is often limited and connect residents from underserved communities to employment and training services.

Residents can request to meet mobile career navigators at libraries, coffee shops and other public places around Baltimore City. You choose the location and we come to you! Businesses and organizations can invite mobile career navigators to their events, chapter meetings or locations. Spanish language services are also available.

We can help you:

  • Apply to jobs at any experience level
  • Enroll in over 30 free training programs including CDL, CNA and more
  • Create a winning resume
  • Get information on adult education & literacy programs including GED
  • Find support services including healthcare, childcare, housing, food, financial literacy, legal assistance, and other social services
  • Register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange
