Orioles Opening Day Raffle to Support YouthWorks Summer Jobs Supporters can win six field house box seats located behind home plate at Oriole Park at Camden Yards Baltimore, Maryland (March 16, 2011) – Maryland residents age 18 and older can pitch in to help build a better future for Baltimore’s youth by buying raffle tickets to support Baltimore City’s YouthWorks summer jobs campaign. The raffle winner will receive six field box tickets behind home plate to the Baltimore Orioles’ 2011 season opener against the Detroit Tigers April 4 at 3:05 p.m. at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The Orioles Opening Day raffle is part of an on-going promotion to raise funds for YouthWorks that also included a raffle for tickets to the next Baltimore Ravens/Pittsburgh Steelers regular season home game. Interested Maryland residents 18 years and older can participate in the Orioles Opening Day raffle by visiting www.BaltimorePayback2011.com or calling 1-800-760- 9008. The promotion allows supporters to buy one raffle ticket for a $10 donation to YouthWorks, or 15 raffle tickets for a $100 donation. The last day to purchase tickets is Monday, March 28, 2011. The winner will be notified no later than March 30, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. The six-week, 25-hour per week YouthWorks summer jobs program is operated by the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development.
