The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) is seeking responses to a Request for Proposals for video production services for the agency’s Employer Services Division. The selected organization will provide video production services to promote employer-focused programs such as sector partnerships, small business support, entrepreneurship, and apprenticeships.

The RFP was released on May 17, 2024 and can be viewed on MOED’s website (www.moed.baltimorecity.gov).  All correspondence, including a request to receive the RFP directly, should be directed to moedrfp@baltimorecity.gov. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 27, 2024; responses will be posted on MOED’s website by May 31, 2024. All proposals must be received electronically by June 17, 2024.
