Public Notice | Request for Proposals | Occupational Skills Training: Peer Recovery Specialist

The Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) is seeking responses to a Request for Proposals for an accredited occupational skills training provider to provide Certified Peer Recovery Specialist training to unemployed or underemployed Baltimore residents. The selected organization will offer training, case management, required supervision, and certification to participants.

The RFP was released on July 15, 2024 and can be viewed on MOED’s website (www.moed.baltimorecity.gov).  All correspondence, including a request to receive the RFP directly, should be directed to moedrfp@baltimorecity.gov. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by July 31, 2024; responses will be posted on MOED’s website by August 5, 2024. All proposals must be received electronically by August 15, 2024.
