What is Support to Communities?

Support to Communities: Fostering Opioid Recovery Through Workforce Development is a grant program that offers free training, placement, and supportive services for Baltimore City residents that have been directly or indirectly impacted by the opioid crisis or other substance use disorders. 

Are you in recovery from substance use disorder and and looking to get back into the workforce? We have services for you! We provide access to job placement services, careers in peer recovery, apprenticeship, and training for careers with an average starting wage of $15 per hour!

If you are a Baltimore City resident that is over 18 years old, under or unemployed, and has direct experience with substance use disorder, you may be eligible for services.
