​Maryland Works for Wind (MWW) is a training opportunity for offshore wind projects that provides thousands of jobs in a variety of roles. MWW is a wonderful opportunity for Baltimore City residents, youth and returning citizens seeking a lucrative career path. It's a great opportunity to gain skills and grow in a new industry! You'll gain certifications that are valuable in a thriving job market. You'll also have access to supportive services that address possible barriers to future employment. Participants can train with seven different companies in the area.

What are the requirements to participate?

  • You must be a Maryland resident
  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • The program is background friendly
