Federal Bonding The Federal Bonding Program issues fidelity bonds, which are business insurance policies that protect employers in case of theft, forgery, larceny, or embezzlement of money or property by an employee who is covered by the bond. The bond covers jobseekers with criminal background issues. |

You can update your resume to fit the criteria of the new job market, using descriptive action words for the scanning process now used by many employers. It only takes 15 minutes per customer with a complete resume. |

T.A.B.E. Testing Customers who are on the intensive level (assigned to a Career Development Facilitator) are assessed on the Test for Adult Basic Education (TABE) in order to receive their appropriate basic education level before engaging in additional services such as, training and GED prep. |
